brian's work friends took us out to dinner to celebrate my arrival in japan.
most of the ladies speak english so i could talk to them easily.
we went to a korean bbq that i was not expecting.
they brought out SO much meat, the first of it being cow tongue then pig cheek.
i tried everything with a smile on my face eating things i do not like--kimchi.
this is seriously my favorite part about traveling.
hanging out with people from the country and getting to know their culture.
they work so hard and put all of their time into their work.
seriously, all work and no play.
