There are so many things that I miss about Summer in Utah, for example: Snow Shacks on every corner, the taco stand in Salt Lake in the Sears parking lot, boating, Draper Days....the list can go on and on. We finally found some shaved ice, and I have to admit it is the best shaved ice I have ever had-it also made me feel a little more at home.
Obviously we have been a lot, we cannot get enough. If you ever come to Nashville in the Summer, this is a must! The Blue Monkey Shaved Ice!
