my adorable mom ran her first half marathon last week, with my dad, that she has been training for all summer, and she did amazing! they ran the moonlight half marathon in mapleton so it was in the dark and got done around midnight. we went there to cheer them on at the finish line!
i am not a runner, but i would love to do a half marathon, especially one like this. it wasn't an intense run, it was just like a party, everyone was dressed up in glow sticks, there was live music and fireworks at midnight.
